THE RESOLUTIONS AT THE FIRST EVER MEETING OF THE ADDGM YESTERDAY IN ABIA HOTEL UMUAHIA.

The resolutions at the first ever  meeting of the ADDGM yesterday in Abia hotel umuahia.

1. The members identify the way forward as to embark on aggressive marketing of the organization through our personal social media handles and  the opening of a Facebook group which will have 3 moderators.and to uphold sincerity and positive mind set on our doing with ever member of ADDGM as well as any political aspirant who recognizes our goals, Powe,  dignity and sort for  discussion.

2. The members adopted the following methods such as interview, performance, academic reports and qualifications as well exposure as a means of chosen a candidate, a situation where the candidate has no performance politically to be check, we go by anticidents. 

3. The members agreed for  the new members to be in roll their membership to the organization through a registration fee which shall be pending for now till we gather momentum in reaching Abia youths to take part in movement, thereafter, monetary registration of new members kick off.

4. The members agreed on personal commitment of the members not limited to financial donations in making sure that ADDGM move forward and become sustainable.

5. The members agreed that the ADDGM will be registered in the cooperate Affairs commision as a political organization of NGO through the financial voluntry commitment of any  members of ADDGM  by free-will donations and that  of the LGA coordinators on behalf of their LGA members, and that the  ADDGM shall not accept any single haneded volunteer of registration. either from a member of the ADDGM or any politician or philanthropist.

6.the members agreed for ADDGM to be in alliance relationship with the following Media agencies, Abn tv, Igbere tv,  Abia fact news paper in other for the ADDGM news reports to be carry on in an almost free slots..

7. The ADDGM members agreed for the ADDGM to have zoom meeting on 13th of February 2022 by Which every member will be participating and thereafter the zoom meeting, the anchors of ADDGM will fix another general meeting where other matters will be discusse as well as organizing the state committee leadership of ADDGM.

8 The members appreciated the pioneers of ADDGM and  those who  came from far and near such as  port Harcourt, aba, umuahia etc  to honor the meeting.
